How do you determine what service will BEST fit your specific needs?
We request that your management team schedule an exploratory conversation to discuss your company size, position type, and job location. This is the time when the client can ask questions about each service as well as answer our requisition qualifiers. We will only work on orders that we feel that we can fill, that’s our promise. At the end of the discussion, we will then access all the data and provide the solutions that best fit your need(s) within 24 hours.
How will you determine what talent acquisition solution is best for you?
We will review all relevant details such as:

- Compensation range
We will then compare your data to the data we pull from ERI – Economic Research Institute. (ERI is the ‘gold-standard’ of employment statistics in the U.S.) ERI provides us with analytics on compensation range to company size, survey analytics, and data for comparable positions within 8,000 positions and 1,000 industries and over 9,000 locations all over the U.S.
